Program Management

ALSYMEX Programme managers are responsible for:

  • the company commitments in terms of performances, lead-time and quality;
  • contract and programmes reviews and meetings;
  • management of interfaces with customer, partners and sub-contractors;
  • documentation;
  • risk management;
  • financial follow-up.
     

They are supported by:

  • technical and Engineering managers in charge of all Design & Engineering works;
  • production managers leading manufacturing teams: industrial methods, quality, supply chain, workshops.
